Please read the following information before proceeding with your appointment.

Firearms License Application Information

• Applications are to be submitted via MIRCS prior to your scheduled appointment. Applicants are urged to carefully consider Question (4) found on page 2 of the application. This question refers to any criminal charges brought forth against you, in the court of law, regardless of the outcome.
• If you appeared in court as a defendant and the charges brought against you were filed, dismissed, CWOF (continued without a finding), sealed, etc., you must answer “YES” to the question and provide as much detail as possible. It is your responsibility to inform the licensing authority.
• Be advised that if your application is not completed truthfully or accurately, your LTC or FID request will automatically be denied.
